Box was damaged and looked like item had been used & repackaged. Received a partial refund.

The outer packaging was quite untidy. Buyer was offered a replacement or to take a partial refund and keep the item. He agreed the item inside was brand new and took a partial refund. He then decides to leave neutral feedback LYING that the item was used despite saying in messages it was new. Very unfiar feedback as I did my best to resolve the issue but this clearly was not good enough. Very poor ebaying and abusing feedback
