After leaving feedback originally and mistakenly leaving negative instead of neutral, seller offered a refund to remove feedback, which i refused as I base feedback reviews on whether i purchase from a seller so don t like that that is happening. I feel it is also quite uncalled for for the way i was spoken to due to my feedback.
