    un litige pour objet non-reçu a été cloturé en ma faveur car il s'est avèré que l'acheteur était absent lors des 2 tentatives de livraison de sa commande. Ayant reçu l'objet, et bien que le service client ne m'en ai pas fait obligation, j'ai déçidé de rembourser l'acheteur du montant de sa commande (moins les frais occasionnés par celle-ci.) Dans ces conditions, je ne comprend pas cette évaluation négative !
