      Verified purchase
      I have yet to receive my item. I initiated contact with the seller and was told that they didn't have the item in stock, which is not what the listing said. I asked for my money back and they stated that they can't because the item is in process. Though the day before they told me it still wasn't in stock.

      This auction clearly states not in stock and made to order. Client was extremely impatient and did not read the terms of the auction. Once a custom made item has begun we no longer are able to cancel the order as it states in the auction. He received them on time in perfect condition. Still complains? This is why you should not sell to new ebay kids!
