Appears to be well made - the gaskets don't fit as well as the original ones and the pipe diameter seems a bit smaller also but it bolted right up and did the job. The supplied exhaust clamp is flimsy so I purchased a heavier duty one to ensure it could be tightened enough to avoid leaks. Overall a decent item that saved me a more expensive trip to the muffler shop - although cutting/grinding a couple of rusted bolts (with the car on ramps) had me considering it
