After reading buyers past feedback left by others i wasn't surprised & wished i had read them first before i bought the item.....i tried to email the seller & even sent them pictures of the damaged item but they got agitated & accused me of wrongdoing so i opened up a case to send the item back. Be warned they dont care about their customers. Item came thrown in a large tv size box all beat up because it had no insulation to keep it from bouncing around inside!Follow-up from: t***k- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.bad behavior continues. I shipped the item back (which is what you do when you get a damaged item) & got a nasty email from the seller with him calling me "Down right horrid" I'm guessing the seller doesn't know how eBay works.You get damaged items because the seller just threw them in a large tv box without any protection, bubble wrap, or paper & shipped it, you then open a case & send it back. By the way they did offer me a $20 partial refund out of $75 & got mad when i didn't take it shrug
