I have B-12 deficiency. I am used to take the cyanocobalamin or the Methylcobalamin version of it. I am very happy I discovered the Cobalamin version (unless I am mistaken, online it says there is only the cyano and the methyl version so now I'm a bit confused, sorry I wanted to make sure I was spelling correctly cobalamin) of it because my symptoms are not mild to say the least and I feel already better after only taking 26 from the bottle so far so it is promising. :D
