I tried everything to fix it, reseated it a ton, to no avail. I test my old screen to make sure I did not fluke it, and my old screen was the same as it used to be, which makes me think the “New” screen was defective. I do my best to catch defective screens. Before it is mailed to you, I have personally tested it three times. I test the batch initially when I get them, again before assembly, and again after assembly. These are reproduction screens and not genuine Nintendo. To rule out installation error, the policy is to test the screen before installing it. If you have evidence that the screen was defective before installing, please provide it and I will replace it for free.
