This item transfers the oil pressure from the Splash Gear to the Carburetor fuel mixture Butterfly Valve, (which controls the engines constant speed). The Control Lever is exposed to the harsh external engine conditions. The seller has taken the time to perform corrosion control on the lever and apply a proper paint job.
