I am a Canadian collector therefore there is a difference in our dollar. Yes, it was new but for the money I spent the buyer could have mounted it to wood. Not want I wanted to see when I opened the plastic bubble shipping package. I fortunately had a stamp that I was no longer using that I could mount the stamped image too.
