I bought the chandelier from this seller, communication is okay but the issue is that I received the package and it was a super old box with all broken styrofoam, no instructions and no remote to change light mode. I contacted the seller and she said she will fix it so I installed the chandelier hoping to get a remote but I’m still waiting on how she is going to fix it because I have no received a response yet for 3 days on how it’s going to get fixed.

The item doesn't include remote control. We've explained the buyer. We try to solve problem and responded on time always. We've contacted manufactory and another sellers, item not have any remote control !
We've offered the buyer if they can find remote control we can pay for it. We try to fix issue but buyer doesn't respond anymore.
