Although this seller has received positive feedback for most of his items, I believe that the cross I bought from him is a fake. It has been assessed by a finds expert from a large archaeological company who agrees with me that it is certainly not from the 1700’s, as claimed by the seller. It seems he cleverly mixes genuine items with fake ones and I was unlucky enough to buy one of the latter.I have sent two messages to him neither of which has been answered. The packing dreadful : postage high

CORRECTION: This item is a totally genuine and original antique. It was displayed in two prominent Musuems - first in the early1960s and then in the 1970s.If this ungrateful buyer had contacted us before leaving this unfair and inaccurate Feedback we would gladly have explained to him exactly what he had purchased, We can prove that it is not a fake as he stupidly calls it ."A little knowledge is a dangerous thing!". He clearly lacks the knowledge.A shame that he doesnt know what he is doing!.
