- _***_ (4)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI have issue with item description. Item was described as excellent condition although for a week of having the item there are large issues with the output jack being very loose. Half the time I was playing the jack would undo itself. I had to bring it to a shop to repair it for an additional cost. Otherwise it is okayReply from: ngc224shop- Feedback replied by seller ngc224shop.- Feedback replied by seller ngc224shop.This bass was a personal project instrument that I rarely used, so I genuinely did not know about the loose output jack and never intended to hide anything. After noticing the feedback, I reached out to the buyer and offered a partial refund to help with the repair, but unfortunately I never received any response. While it’s of course the buyer’s right not to communicate, I respect that choice. Still, I believe communication is the best way to resolve issues, but you might have different opinion
