It arrived 13 days later than said , In the mean time I had to purchase one from somewhere else ( less than half the price ) to complete the job and get the engine running. If l want to return it it’ll cost me even more money. If you read the listing, it does say that we use Royal Mail signed for. It's not really our fault that you weren't in to sign for it. Regarding the price, it will usually be cheaper if you collect rather than have an item sent out, as the postage does have to be paid for one way or another. Also, we did respond to every one of your messages almost immediately. What could we have done better? I'm not sure that we deserved this negative.
