Es war Weihnachtszeit, am 24.12. bestellt, am 04.01. geliefert, wir hatten ein Problem mit etwa 50 Sendungen, die meisten Kunden waren vernünftig, dieser Kunde war unhöflich, schickte wütende Gesichts-Emojis usw. Die Versandunternehmen waren überlastet, versuchen Sie, vernünftig zu sein!
