I contacted multiple times asking to confirm the gold purity (solid 14K) & size(9mm which he had stated earlier), but never replied, then cancelled the order 2 weeks later claiming there’s a problem with shipping address.     Bad Experience!!! Presentation was awful: a clear plastic box wrapped with brown shipping tape. The bracelet sizing was absurdly off from industry standard sizing. Listed as a MED and measured larger than an XL. My issue is with the seller’s response. No apology or offer to replace! Instead, they chose to point out what a ‘good’ of a deal I received. The melt value was less than 1/3 of the price, not a value!!! I wasn’t buying investment gold!! eBay had to step in to get my refund! Buyer beware
