Although the switch shows wires connected, I assumed they were simply slide on connectors, but they were soldered onto the posts, so I had to unsolder them in order to install the switch in my heater unit, which had slide on connectors. That could be a problem for some folks. The other point, is that the switch is internally wired for the neon light to stay on constantly, which would be nice to know ahead of time.
