    The bag is cute, but it didn’t arrive in a box and was completed smushed and flat. Took about a month to fluff and shape by putting it on a bag shaper. The bag appears to be cheaper quality. It arrived ripping on one handle with a very strong chemical smell.

    Absolutely horrible company. Ordered my rug(to receive the one pictured), waited 4days with no update. Contacted seller, seller stated it was out of stock and wanted me to choose another rug. I told the seller that’s the one I wanted and to send a refund . Seller marked item shipped and wouldn’t respond. I contacted eBay and they started a case for me. I had to wait several more days and the seller never to eBay. Finally eBay stepped in and gave me a refund.
