      I received the original unit, and had it installed, the unit was bad. They replaced that unit and sent a new one, and I had it installed, it was also bad. I never received the label on the second unit to send back after I sent three emails. I purchased a third unit and it it installed from a different company, I had it installed, and it works great.

      We've exchange one time for this customer. Then he said the new unit sent also does not work. We've sent two more return shipping labels but buyer said he never received it. Then he only wanted a refund without having to return the monitor because he said he gave it away to his installer. Really?
