This item was supposed to be NEW... BUT IT WASN'T! Which is FRAUDULENT. BAIT AND SWITCH! THIS PARTICULAR DEVICE I RECEIVED HAD GIVEN PREVIOUS DIAGNOSTICS IN 2021-2022. When addressed they wanted me to send my device back wait 2 more shipping periods plus out of pocket purchase another device that they claim I would've been refunded for. BUT I WANTED WHAT I ORIGINALLY VIEWED AND PURCHASED. A NEW DEVICE! THIS ENTIRE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN TOTALLY SICKENING. I WOULDN'T SPIT IN TOP ODB DIRECTION! 🤬
