Pen does not (!) come with the converter. The only reason i bought the pen from this seller is converter.
No support, help or real answer from the seller. Honestly i think they lie intentionaly in the add.

Seller got back to me and offered me a partial refund, In the end the experience isn't as bad as first impression. It was a mistake and they corrected it. Happens to everybody, honest seller, glad they got back to me, got the impression they really care and are sorry.
My first reaction wasn't completely fair and was a moment of frustration.
