The fan set in Whittier, CA 3 days. Ordered Jan 10 in AM 6 days to go 200 miles. If you don't mind your bay blocked for 4 extra days wafting for parts I guess it's ok. Everything ells ok They kept me informed. I hope the fan works better when we use it. Couldn't wait got one local from XXXX XXXX. It was for a Disabled Veteran. We take care of our Vets the best we can.

Then the UPS in my areas local facility lost the package! After calling UPS they didn’t even follow through with the claim email? Very disappointed in the UPS. Yet the seller did their very best at trying & so in the end the seller gave me a refund. Its a-rare & an unfortunate situation that took a over a month to resolve yet im grateful for closure.
