    The O-Rings and Drain Plug Washers were there in the package. They are in a Zip-Lock baggie inside the Bubble Mailer. They are separate from the filter. Always check carefully for contents in the package you receive. And always let the seller know that you have an issue with their product right away. If you had contacted us, we might have been able to alert you to check the package more thoroughly to retrieve your seal kit before throwing the bubble mailer away.
