    The pulley that I ordered showed to be compatible with my lawn mower. However, the one I received was aa 4" pulley where mine was a 5 3/8" pulley. I was really surprised, because after contacting the seller he sent me the correct pulley within a couple days at no extra charge. I must say, I really didn't expect this rapid response. I would not hesitate to do business with this seller in the future.

    Product was shipped with no tracking information. I didn't care for that. Item was lost in the delivery process and never received. However I reached out to the seller and they immediately responded expressing their concerns to the situation. They immediately sent a new one out and said it would be here in 2 days and it was. Customer service was definitely Satisfactory. I have no not installed the belt yet Seems to be made of quality material. Can provide more feedback for fitment /durability
