    The fuel gauge was new, it fit perfectly functions as it should and looks great. I wish Yamaha would put their stamp on parts to ensure they are OEM. There are so many knock-offs that look identical to what I purchased, and cost only a fraction of the OEM price. The only genuinely OEM-looking component is the tag on the bag. I guess I put my trust in the seller being honest. The original gauge lasted 19 yr. If the new one is of the same quality, it will far outlast the rest of the ATV
