Received a different model than what was advertised. Seller was willing to accept a return but wanted item sent back outside of the official eBay return process. Requested a eBay return and seller refused to approve return request, just stating that instructions had already been given. Required eBay involvement to process the return correctly. Seller trying to scam people on returns by circumventing official process, and preventing buyer's full refund amount protection. Don't fall for this!!!!!

We have been on eBay for 22 years and this makes no sense at all! Your return was approved...Its funny because a person with as much feedback as yourself you would assume you know how to use eBay but I guess not. Our feedback speaks for itself...99.9 positive rating with many many happy customers. When looking at the feedback you leave its more often than not a negative so this makes perfect sense.
