It is made of flimsy plastic, everyone tells me my voice is very muffled, it only turns on when it “wants to” & takes several (many) tries to get it to turn on. - It is very cheaply made.

The mushy part that is supposed to fit in one's ear is quite stiff causing the headset to not seat properly. In turn, even with volume at maximum it's like a whisper down a tube. Item did not come with alternate mushies so I'm hoping that one day this softens out.

As soon as they got notified it shipped they refunded me! I really appreciated that!! Thank you.
