No response for 24 hours. Sent a second message to seller. No response for another 24 hours. On the 6th day they reply "oh we're sorry there may be a glitch in our system". Since the item wasn't shipped out at the moment when the buyer contacted us, they buyer informed us that they would prefer to cancel the order, which we did and issued a full refund for his purchase. The matter is resolved.
