The sleeves arrived quicker than expected. As the website says, you have to cut off the old sleeves from the magnetic plate and glue the new sleeves into place. So far, so good. But I found the new sleeves muffled the sound horribly. I've cut out the fabric that covers the headphone drivers, it's improved things a bit. Maybe the sleeves need settle down.
