    I had to contact the seller several times to inquire when the book was going to be mailed out. When the seller eventually commented back, they said they would mail it out after the weekend on Monday. Instead, on Monday, I got a refund for the book without any explanation other than a generic comment. I found this experience to be very demeaning to a customer. This experience leaves very little desire to be a repeat customer.
