This company offers life time warranty. To receive it when you open up the box a letter tells you in 15 days you need to complete this questioner. It asks for for your name, address, phone, email, make of bike, model, and Vin #. Too much personal info. I completed all but vin #, they don't need that. I called and left a message because no one answered. I ask to. E contacted, no one called. I waited 3 days to call again, still no answer. Again I left my concerns, still no one called me.
