One thing I can say is that from my experience they pack their items for shipping very well. The device I ordered was VERY fragile and arrived with no damage as they shipped it double boxed with lots of padding. I cant say enough good things about their packing. The monitor was advertised as used with some scratches and signs of wear, but it looks & works great! There are only a few scratches on the stand behind the monitor, but can't be seen.
