Bowflex Series 1 dumbell plate disc number 5 works perfectly, thanks. There was approximately a 10-day delay between the day the “expedited parcel” (i.e., 3-day delivery) shipping label was generated by the seller and the day the parcel first appeared as in-transit from the originating post office. This caused confusion and concern. Shipping time therefore rated low as package arrived a week later than expected.
