Despite my best efforts to remove the item from the package carefully, my scissors clipped one of the straps. There were no attempts made to secure them. I reached out to the seller regarding my the issue and they made an excuse that this how they send their clothes, minimizing my experience with them. I asked if they would like to remedy the situation and they did not respond. HMMMMM make you wonder right Also I paid for shipping, if customer needed a box they should have said something
