Jan Schlichtmann, a tenacious young lawyer, is confronted with the litigation of a lifetime in this unbelievable real-life story. The batteries (3) were dead, however, and when I replaced them, the musical tune, Hail to the Chief, did not work. So the seller did not test the watch prior to shipping.
