As discribed in the discription NOS shelf life can develope surface rust -Light pitting and listing pictures indicated light surface rust. I sold over 10 of these same condition with no Complaints.If you were not Satisfied with the Item you could have returned for a full refund?? You never Reached out,Instead you left a Neutral.
