It was taken to the post office but for some reason picked back up. It took over 3 months to get my money back. I ended up going through PayPal. This time round I thought I’d keep an open mind as I really wanted the mop replacement heads with the inserts as advertised. I was so disappointed when I got the goods & there were no inserts just plain pads. Hopefully it won’t take as long to get a refund.

It never arrived in my inbox or ebay messages. Ebay were no help because all the instructions provided in the Help section were incorrect in relation to actual menus. The seller did not believe I hadn't received the return label, would not send again. I had to use the order number and return ID to send back and pay for postage. A very negative experience of Ebay.
