Sometimes, some virus-protect tool may do jobs wrongly. Actually, among our company's hundreds' users on this eSunFi 4G eSIM router device (from UK, EU, US, Asia, Australia, and other regions), with eSIM Manager a necessity, we never heard of this case until now, except from this one shared by you. Sure, your initial interest is still appreciated.
