I returned 2 scenery sheets that were shipped in the wrong color, messaged them twice, received no response and was then blocked from re-buying in the color I needed. I now have to re-work this project since I made the mistake of depending on them. If you read the negative reviews, you will see others had a similar experience. They are primarily unhappy about some brick sheets. Upon inspection, we found the returns to be extremely close to the original color with only slight differences. Ironically, the pattern they purchased is designed to look older and "weathered" so even the bricks on the same sheet are deliberately designed in different shades. We ship 100s of items per month and this buyer is our only negative for this current month.
