It also arrived loaded with a lot of extras programs and software, which my son loved. Unfortunately it also arrived with a bad battery and some pixel issues. The seller was responsive and offered options on how we could fix these issues. I didn’t want to send it back so we settled on a refund to cover the battery replacement and an extended warranty. Overall, a positive experience.

There was dust all over the insides, and additionally there was some weird small brown things inside? They were dead, but the quality was overall looking more used than refurbished. The computer does work fine, but overall it doesn’t seem to have been refurbished on the inside. The outside seems to be fine.
