      I bought this laptop for my son’s birthday. Seller was very responsive in getting it shipped to arrive in time. It also arrived loaded with a lot of extras programs and software, which my son loved. Unfortunately it also arrived with a bad battery and some pixel issues. The seller was responsive and offered options on how we could fix these issues. I didn’t want to send it back so we settled on a refund to cover the battery replacement and an extended warranty. Overall, a positive experience.
