    When I inquired about the status of my order Seller admitted my order was lost. My money was refunded promptly. After about six weeks, the seller offered to send me a set of ink cartridges at no cost to me if I would change my negative rating.. I accepted the offer and the item came in the mail yesterday. I really appreciated that but my original order was placed two months ago and the replacement came two months later.
