    This supplier ships the KIT without the respective oil that they promote with it, referring to the fact that for some parts they do not send this oil. The worst thing is that they do not notify you that they are not going to ship this oil, and they do not respond to emails after having shipped it to you. The most contradictory thing is that in the manual they say that this should be the oil that should be used for best results..???

    Unfortunately we are unable to ship the fork oil to all locations around the world. This is pointed out in the listing (we also advise messaging us to check with you location to confirm prior to dispatch). Where we are unable to ship the oil, we subsidise the shipping cost to those locations to reflect the lack of oil. We did also re-iterate this when you contacted us.
