Seller Notes: “#186/450, printed on laid paper under the direction of WA Kittredge in November 1929 and ... “#186/450, printed on laid paper under the direction of WA Kittredge in November 1929 and distributed in the US through Doubleday, Doran & Company. The slipcase is covered with green and white patterned paper with a pattern of three arrow heads, and the spine label is a black label with three arrows, the paper is tanned and foxed with age, there is wear on the corners. The black boards with beveled edges are in excellent condition, the yellow spine with black decoration are having some troubles, the yellow finish is chipping off, there is a tan board underneath and it's exposed in the spine creases and in various spots all around. There is very faint foxing to the interior but it's heavier on the paper edges and at the last few pages and inside rear cover.”
