    The buyer only contacted us after more than 30 days since the date of their purchase. This means that it was already passed our 30-day return period, a policy that the customer agreed to at the time of placing the order but did not follow. Initially, the customer reported simply not liking the items, yet left feedback claiming they received the wrong parts. We requested the necessary photos to properly address the issue and work toward a positive resolution, but the customer did not respond.
