    This customer is mad because we had signature required on this package because we wanted to protect his package. Customer stated that the kit was then not working properly but could not provide us evidence. We told the customer that his one coilover that he is complaining about might have the preload set up improperly but then instead leaves us a negative when we wanted to help.
