    The original order never arrived so contacted Phairs & after honouring the extra window of time for the lost delivery, a replacement was sent & arrived the next day! I can only see positives from this as who ever ended up with these gorgeous peat bricks for their good value, condition & quality & see where they came from, hopefully Phairs will see an extra customer.     Always try to use this Supplier he is very reliable. Unfortunately this time the delivery company let him down. When the parcel arrived it was damaged which caused two of the four packs to be ripped and squashed. Fortunately the contents although flattened were perfectly ok so no harm done. It also arrived late which was ok but I think something heavy was put on top of the parcel for it to have arrived in such a bad condition.
