We responded to your initial question regarding the product and it is indeed a brand new unopened one from the manufacturer. Once you tried to bargain down the price after hours we didn't respond the following business day as our price is buy it now and not an auction. Not sure how we're frauds since the product is authentic Disney. If there's an issue with the product you never told us after receiving it.
