    counterfeit ball valve, unable to open, took 3' cheater bar and I ended up pulling a muscle, both valves are affected and useless. The casting is correct, some of the machining is sub par, these obviously never went through QC, I'm a big guy and can lift my own weight but can't open and close these valves without a cheater bar, ridiculous.. Don't buy groceries this vendor, they know the product is bad
