    Chain was the incorrect length I , I contacted the seller and they stated to ship it back and they will refund me the $86 for the the chain , shipped the chain back which cost me $28 , the chain was shipped to the address they provided and they keep declining the delivery , still haven’t received a refund and now I’m out over $100 on a item they sold that didn’t fit!

    The chain received by the customer in his kit was verified to be the correct listed OEM length for his 04-05 GSXR750. We are still to this day unsure of why that OEM length was "too short" for this customer, but we still offered to work with him to exchange the chain for a longer one. He decided to purchase another chain locally and return our chain for a refund instead. The chain NEVER made it back to us! UPS screwed up! We have been in business for 35+ years, we do not refuse return shipments.
